Who Are We?
We are a group of Homeowners in a 100+ year old mid-town Tulsa subdivision. We are a safe, well established community of approximately 130 homes with wonderful neighbors. We enjoy each others’ company at various social events and communicate via a newsletter as well as this website. And, as our current logo proudly states, we believe ourselves to be “Quite Possibly the Best Neighborhood in Tulsa!”

What day is trash/recycling collected?
Our trash and recycling is picked up on Thursday mornings. If you opt for twice a week service, pickup is on Monday and Thursday. If you would rather not take your bins to the curb each week, back yard service is available from the City of Tulsa for an additional fee.
What’s with the sirens every Wednesday?
The City of Tulsa performs tests on our tornado sirens every Wednesday at noon, but only if the skies are clear. If you listen closely, you can hear the neighborhood dogs singing along.
